Cookies
Short version: where the law requires consent, this website sets analytics cookies only after you choose Accept in the banner, and elsewhere until you choose Reject. Reject means none, wherever you are.

Analytics cookies, and when they are set
We use analytics to see which pages people read and where they arrive from. Where the law requires consent, its cookies are set only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner; elsewhere they are set when you open a page. Choose Reject and they are deleted and not set again. There are no advertising pixels, no social widgets and no embedded players.

Changing your mind
Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page, brings the banner back. Rejecting there turns analytics off and deletes the cookies it set.

What loads from third parties
Fonts, images and the site's own scripts come from this domain, so opening a page does not pass your IP address to a font provider or a CDN. Analytics is the exception: it loads from our analytics provider, and only when analytics is on for you.

What is stored on your device
Your light or dark theme and your cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage, so the next page neither flashes the wrong theme nor asks again. Neither is a cookie and neither is sent to us. The banner asks again after a year, and clearing site data removes both.

The console is different, and only slightly
Signing in to admin.capsulla.io sets one cookie, named capsulla_session, which is what keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the service to work, it expires after thirty days, and signing out removes it. There are no other cookies there either.

If we add anything else that sets a cookie, this page says so before it ships.
